POLICIES & RESERVATIONS

Office Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
Weekends by appointment

Reservations: The deposit is required to reserve Ellas Banquet Halls for your special event. In the event of cancellation, the total deposit to date shall be forfeited. Ellas Banquet Halls requires confirmation of the guest count 7 days prior to the event for billing and logistical purposes. At this time the bar tab and per-person place setting charge will be due and payable. Every effort will be made to accommodate additional guests. A final invoice will be issued after your event to reflect any additional charges.

Bar: Ellas Banquet Halls supplies all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; consequently, no beverages of any kind may be brought into the premises. We will gladly accommodate special requests - pending availability. In addition, please inquire about our package prices.

Special Requests: Nothing may be taped, tacked or nailed into the walls as a means of preserving Ellas Banquet Halls. In addition, no confetti or rice is to be used inside or outside of the premises. A $200.00 cleaning charge will apply if confetti is used.

Additional Services: Each event is custom designed by our professional event planners. An exhaustive list of Toronto's most reputable resources is furnished upon request.
